Translation for information only: in case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.
Data controller
Michael Boutlelis - Paulh'Brocante, organiser of Paulh'Brocante. Contact: [email protected] — 06 11 43 93 94.
Site visitors
Browsing the site collects no personal data: no audience measurement, no advertising, no maps or fonts loaded from third-party services. The “Directions” and “WhatsApp” links only open the chosen service when you click on them.
Exhibitors
When you register, we collect your identity, your contact details, the details of your identity document and your vehicle registration number. This information is used to manage your bookings and to keep the register of sellers required by the French Commercial Code (articles R310-8 et seq.), which is passed on to the town hall.
Legal basis: legal obligation (register) and performance of your pitch request. The data is never sold or passed on. A copy of your identity document is kept only if you provide it, encrypted, for 12 months after your last participation. The photo taken to read your document (“Scan” button) is read by the market's own server, in memory, then erased: it is neither kept nor sent to any outside service.
Contact form
The surname, first name, email, phone number (optional) and message entered in the contact form are used only to reply to you. They are sent to the email address of Paulh'Brocante, kept for no more than 12 months and then deleted automatically. The sender's IP address is recorded with the message to prevent abuse. Legal basis: your consent, given by ticking the box on the form.
Being told when a space frees up
If you ask to be told when a space frees up, we record your email address, the date chosen, the language of the page and the IP address it was sent from (to limit abuse). They are used only to send you one email, once, if a space frees up, and are deleted automatically at the booking deadline for that date. Legal basis: your consent, given by ticking the box on the form.
My space
For My space, we keep your password in an irreversibly encrypted form (never in plain text), your open sessions (30 days at most) and, for 24 hours, sign-in attempts with the IP address, to block abuse. Codes sent by email expire after 10 minutes.
Cookies
Only two technical cookies. The first, set when you sign in to My space (or open the link on your card), keeps you signed in for 30 days on this device; “Sign out” deletes it. The second, set when you choose a language, remembers that choice. They contain no other information and are not read by any third party.
Your rights
You can request access to, rectification or erasure of your data (within the legal retention period of the register) by writing to [email protected]. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
